2014 Transition TR450 Prototype













The Transition TR450 has always been one of the best all around DH mountain bikes on the market. Transition released the 2014 prototype which featured new improvements to the existing TR450. The TR450 features adjustable suspension travel from 180mm to 200mm, which includes bump stops on the fork, and adjustable chainstay length. The TR450 will be able to run 27.5" wheels as well as 26" wheels for those who want to try a few different options. The 2014 TR450 prototype's frame weighs around 400 grams less than the preceding TR450 model. The adjustability and functionality of the TR450 prototype may prove to be one of the most versatile DH bikes for 2014.

2014 Specialized Demo 8








The 2014 Specialized Demo 8 features a new custom Õhlins TTX22M coil sprung rear shock designed to work perfectly with the 200mm RockShox Boxxer World Cup fork. The Specialized Demo 8 is equipped with front and rear custom Avid Code X0 World Cup hydraulic disc brakes. The SRAM X0 9-speed shift levers are designed to have to smoothest shifting available for the Specialized Demo. The Specialized Demo rolls on 26x2.5" Specialized Butcher DH tires and Roval DH 26 rims. The Specialized Demo 8 still remains one of the most popular downhill mountain bikes of 2014.
